On the beautiful sandy beaches of Soliman Bay sits Sueño del Mar (Dream of the Sea), a 6 bedroom Mexican hacienda-style villa with a touch of Italian design. Sueño del Mar consists of 5 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom in a separate guest house; all with their own ensuite marble bathrooms.
Upon entering the villa, guests will see the first bedroom on the right and just ahead to the left is the fully equipped kitchen. Straight ahead is the dining and living room; through the glass doors is the pool and magnificent views of the sea.
3 bedrooms are located on the second level and the last is located on the roof, boasting a breathtaking view of the entire bay. Guests can relax in one of the two lounge areas by the pool, or the 1 on the roof.
After travelling to Soliman Bay from home, guests will be sure to appreciate the complimentary arrival dinner, as well as the continental breakfasts and chef services from Monday to Saturday. Enjoy meals inside the villa, outside by the pool, or under the beachside palapa.
The formal and alfresco dining areas both have seating for all fourteen guests, and smaller sitting areas like the breakfast bar, and rooftop terrace are perfect should you require a little extra space at dinner. This villa is great for active vacationers, with two swimming pools, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, a volleyball net, and calm, clear waters for safe swimming.
If you’re in the mood for even more aquatic exploration, within fifteen-minutes of home, you’ll be able to find scuba diving and kite surfing excursions. If you’d like to travel back in time, visit the Mayan Ruins of Tulum to learn about the history of the Riviera. And, if there’s a golfer in the group, Riviera Maya Golf Course is one of the most scenic courses in the country, with challenging oceanside fairways and dynamic views of Mexico’s rugged coast.

Travelling outside of your home might come with unexpected situations; we strongly recommend our guests to purchase travel insurance, with a plan including cancellation flexibility. Given the Caribbean climate, there can be many changing factors to consider, such as extreme weather, that we have no control over. Seek coverage that includes transportation interruptions, lost and stolen items, injuries, and other common inconveniences. We only work with one chef, external vendors are not allowed in the property for security reasons. Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless pre authorized by our concierge team. Pool maintenance will be between 8am – 12pm Towels are changed for free every 3 days. If you would like them to be changed more frequently, we can arrange that for an additional fee. We are happy to host children of all ages. That being said, it is the responsibility of the guardian or parent to monitor their children AT ALL TIMES to avoid accidents. The house may contain areas where the children may require special surveillance, such as swimming pools, stairs and balconies. In the Mayan jungle the presence of mosquitos is usually common, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent. We also fumigate regularly to help keep the mosquitos at bay.

We have the best internet provider/service, however in general the internet is still not as strong as it would be in larger cities.
