The Villa

Overlooking one of Cozumel’s best snorkeling spots, you’ll find Villas Alma, the fusion of two gorgeous beachfront homes that together can sleep up to 22 guests (20 adults and 2 children), with two swimming pools and an expansive stretch of private coastline.

The double residence combines the personalities of two independent but contiguous villas. The first of them, known as Villa Sara, boasts exquisite interior design, with modern spaces and contemporary chic decor throughout. It has five suites –four of them with king-size beds–, a 50-feet swimming pool, and even kayaks and paddleboards for exploring the coastline.

The second, Villa Eden, is a modern and cozy hideout with five ocean-view suites, a 32-feet swimming pool, and a handmade hot tub by the palapa. Further, the lush backyard and rooftop garden offer ample space for relaxing and catching breathtaking sunsets.

Upon booking Villas Alma, you will have unrestricted access to both houses and all amenities, including the sprawling gardens and the shared wooden deck by the coast. The latter is fitted with sun loungers and staircases for easy access to the tranquil waters. It is also possible to hire boat trips and be picked up right at your villa.

Villas Alma are located on Cozumel’s west coast, secluded by tropical greenery and about a 20-minute drive south of the town center.

ADDITIONAL INFO

Travelling outside of your home might come with unexpected situations; we strongly recommend our guests to purchase travel insurance, with a plan including cancellation flexibility. Given the Carribbean climate, there can be many changing factors to consider, such as extreme weather, that we have no control over. Seek coverage that includes transportation interruptions, lost and stolen items, injuries, and other common inconveniences. We only work with one chef, external vendors are not allowed in the property for security reasons. Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless pre authorized by our concierge team. Pool maintenance will be between 8am – 12pm Towels are changed for free every 3 days. If you would like them to be changed more frequently, we can arrange that for an additional fee. We are happy to host children of all ages. That being said, it is the responsibility of the guardian or parent to monitor their children AT ALL TIMES to avoid accidents. The house may contain areas where the children may require special surveillance, such as swimming pools, stairs and balconies. In the Mayan jungle the presence of mosquitos is usually common, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent. We also fumigate regularly to help keep the mosquitos at bay.

Our family loved the quite, tropical feel of the bungalows. Convenient location for enjoying cenotes and driving into Tulum proper. The hosts, food and coffee were amazing! We miss being woken up in the morning by Romeo, the resident donkey!Read more

What a wonderful little place. We were lucky enough to stay in the family size Cabana for one night. Wish we could stay longer! It was so peaceful and everything was perfect and so beautifully done. There is no air conditioner, only fans, but the weather was great so it did not bother us. Dinner was available at the onsite restaurant. The food was delicious! Breakfast included homemade bread.Read more

This is a whole open-air complex at the edge of the jungle, with bungalows, an open restaurant and nice sitting area. Literally you are in the woods so it is a very natural feeling...birds all around etc. Adone runs the place, designed the whole place himself. Real thatch roofs etc.. You will not find another place just like it anywhere. this place is very well done and you can feel Adone's passion and personal touch everywhere. While the town is nearby (it lies between the edge of town and the beginning of the jungle) it feels isolated which is the whole idea of this place, but if you want to be in some kind of bustling area this may not be the place for you.Read more
